For nearly a decade as a judge, I was never reversed on a criminal ruling. I made decisions based strictly on the law, the facts, and fundamental fairness. Later, in the Biden administration, I helped lead federal civil rights enforcement, protecting more than 100,000 employees — slashing a historic case backlog by over 90% and implementing our first five-year strategic plan.
