Washington has a simple question in front of it: should illegal immigrants get
the same taxpayer-funded welfare as American citizens?



My answer is no. Congress' answer, so far, is SILENCE!



I introduced the End Welfare for Non-Citizens Act to cut off TANF, Medicaid,
SNAP and every other federal benefit for illegal immigrants, refugees and
asylees. It shouldn’t be controversial.

Meanwhile, the Supreme Court just struck down President Trump's executive
order attempting to end birthright citizenship, meaning Congress is now theONLY
path left to close this loophole.



Friend, I saw this coming. That's why I already introduced a Constitutional
Amendment to end birthright citizenship for the children of illegal immigrants,
ensuring automatic citizenship goesonly to children of legal residents.



I am not backing down. I will keep forcing votes, keep filing bills, and keep
saying no when the establishment says yes to more spending and more benefits
for people who broke our laws to get here.
