Trump's new super PAC reserved $74 million in TV ads this week, on top of already promising $500 million total to help preserve Republican majorities.
The PAC is named "No Going Back" for one reason: so voters can't trace the ads back to Trump. Their own strategists are bragging about the trick. They know his name is poison right now, so two billionaires are flooding your TV anonymously and hoping you won't ask who's paying.
Think about what they're protecting. A Congress that rubber-stamps everything Trump wants. That gutted health care, voting rights, and a president dangling $5,000 "dividend" checks at his own convention like votes are something you can purchase at auction.
If Republicans hold Congress, there is no check left on any of it. That's what $500 million buys.
