*South Kitsap*

Expect significant delays longer than 10 minutes on *SE Southworth Dr* September 17, at the intersection with SE Olympiad Dr. Contractor crews working on Harper Estuary Barrier Correction [ [link removed] ] project will use on-lane alternating traffic control to safely stage girder trucks for installation. Traffic holds of approximately 15 minutes after ferry departures will be in place. 

Expect delays on *SE Lund Ave* between Harris Rd SE and Chase Rd SE for work related to the Lund Corridor Improvement Project. Visit the project page for project details: kcowa.us/lund [ [link removed] ]

Expect delays on *SE Mile Hill Dr* at the intersection of Fircrest Dr SE through Sept 30. Private contractor is on site doing frontage improvements and utility connections for a private development. 

*Chase Rd* is closed at the intersection with SE Lund Ave for construction work related to the Lund Corridor Improvements Project. Closure is Mon-Fri between 6am to 6pm and is anticipated to be in place through Oct, 2026. Visit kcowa.us/lund [ [link removed] ] for project details.

*SE Olympiad Dr* is closed between SE Southworth Dr and Inlet Ln SE for the Harper Estuary Barrier Correction project. Closure is anticipated to be in place through December 2026. Visit the project page [ [link removed] ] for details.

*Central Kitsap*

Expect minor delays on *Brownsville Hwy NE* near the Central Kitsap Wastewater Treatment Plant. The Solids and Liquid Hauled Waste Upgrades project is a multi-year project to create long-term solids improvements and development of liquid hauled waste facilities at the Central Kitsap Wastewater Treatment Plant (CKTP) in Brownsville. Expect delays on *NW Anderson Hill Rd* between Silverdale Way NW and Provost Rd NW/Old Frontier Rd for sewer work related to a private development project. Single lane alternating traffic Mon-Fri 6am to 6pm with full closures overnight from 6pm to 6am.  

Expect delays at the following locations for utility work by North Perry Water District:


* *NE Fruitland* *St* between Perry Ave and NE Helm St
* *NE Helm St* between NE Fruitland St and Trenton Ave

Crews are conducting maintenance activities at the locations listed below. Expect moderate delays between 5 and 10 minutes:


* *Gold Creek Rd NW* entire length of county maintained (MO-FR)
* *NW Stavis Bay Rd* entire length of county mainatined (MO-FR)

*North Kitsap*

Crews are conducting maintenance activities at the locations listed below. Expect moderate delays between 5 and 10 minutes:


* *Hood Canal Dr* near Jakes Creek (MO)
* *Huntley Pl NW* from Bennington Dr NW to end of County maintained (TU)
* *NE Minder Rd* from Port Gamble Rd NE to Bond Rd NE (WE-FR)
