*September 11, 2026 [ [link removed] ] – 20003-278-EN-26 (Record No. 18235)* - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules and Regulations, notice is hereby given of the Application of Cheyenne Light, Fuel and Power d/b/a Black Hills Energy (CLFP or the Company) for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) to construct and operate a new 230 kV substation, a new 115 kV transmission line, new 230 kV transmission lines and related facilities and equipment.
