BREAKING! Jimmy Kimmel's interview with James Talarico didn't air on ABC
tonight. After a year of threats and investigations by Trump's FCC, Kimmel
had to put it online instead. [ [link removed] ]WATCH IT HERE NOW!

James Talarico could flip Texas' U.S. Senate seat for the first time in 40
years. Polls show him neck and neck with corrupt, Trump-supported Ken
Paxton in the Texas U.S. Senate race.

Kimmel explained why you won't see the interview on TV:

Kimmel: "[Trump's] FCC has threatened me, threatened our show, threatened
our network, ABC, our affiliates ... Out of consideration for our local
stations, especially our ABC affiliates in Texas who would have to deal
with this nonsense, my interview ... with James Talarico will not air on
television. It will be posted on YouTube instead."

Talarico added on MS NOW: "Government censorship should be a concern to
all of us, regardless of our political party ... People at the top,
powerful politicians, powerful media executives, censoring what we watch,
what we read, what we say. That, again, should be a concern to everyone
who believes in the First Amendment and believes in the freedom of
speech."

[ [link removed] ]Watch the interview ABC wouldn't air. Then, chip in to James Talarico's
campaign and make Trump's censorship cost Republicans a Senate seat
they've held since 1961.

Let's be clear about what just happened. Trump's FCC has spent a year
threatening ABC and its local stations. Now ABC won't air an interview
with a Democratic Senate candidate.

This isn't some foreign dictatorship. This is our own government. Eight
weeks before an election. And it's not the only time.

In February, Stephen Colbert's Talarico interview never made it onto CBS
either.

Last year, FCC Chair Brendan Carr said of Kimmel and ABC, "we can do this
the easy way or the hard way," and Kimmel was off the air that night –
until public pressure from PCCC members and millions of others brought him
back.

If they can do this to ABC, they can do it to your local news. If a Senate
candidate can be pushed off network TV in September, what happens in
October? This is what Republicans keeping the Senate looks like: a
government that pressures networks until opposition candidates disappear
from your TV, and a Congress that sits back and lets it.

But here is the thing about censors. They only win when it works. When
Colbert's Talarico interview didn't air on CBS in February, 9.5 million
people watched it online and Talarico raised $2.5 million in 24 hours.

Every time James Talarico gets pushed off the air, we need to make sure
even more people find him. Ken Paxton has Trump's FCC. James Talarico has
the people.

[ [link removed] ]Watch the interview. Share it. And, chip in to James Talarico's
campaign and show Trump's FCC that every threat backfires.

Thanks for being with us in this fight.
