I wanted to send a quick note to say thank you for everything you've done recently to support me and our shared values. Whether you donated, forwarded an email to a friend, or attended one of our town halls, you chose to stay active in our democracy this summer.
I hope you know how much that means to me -- especially with President Donald Trump continuing to govern through chaos and division.
From protecting a woman's right to reproductive care and advocating for immigrants to taking on the NRA to curb gun violence and standing up for our small and medium-sized family farmers, your dedication and perseverance drives me each and every day.
We know the other side is gearing up for a fight -- they've already recruited three Republican candidates to run against me.
But with you on this team, there's no doubt in my mind that we’ll build a campaign -- free of corporate PAC money -- that once again proves people are more powerful than special interests.
