Our lawsuit comes at a time when across the country, the effects of climate change are impossible to ignore: Severe wildfires. Massive hurricanes. Superstorms flattening towns and farms.

Rather than addressing the climate crisis, President Trump is doing what he does best: Pushing an agenda that only makes things worse. That’s why today we again took Trump to court — to protect our planet and stop the President’s latest fossil fuel giveaway.

The evidence is clear: Climate change is a serious threat. Our families can’t afford more greenhouse gasses spewed into the atmosphere and our wildlife can’t afford more disruption and devastation.
