We know we usually send you updates about fundraising deadlines, the $4
million Republicans spent in August to attack Jocelyn, and a whole bunch
of other things, but today we wanted to send you a different kind of
email.

It’s been a busy summer for our campaign. Jocelyn, Winnie, and the rest of
our team have been traveling across Michigan, meeting voters, listening to
families, and talking to Michiganders about what’s at stake in this
election.

So we thought we’d give you a peek into our camera roll and give you a
look at what we’ve been up to:

We welcomed Winnie Brinks to the campaign as Jocelyn’s running mate & took
a couple selfies to commemorate the history-making moment!

Celebrated the results of Primary Night. We have momentum on our side —
now it’s time to knock doors, make calls, and elect Democrats up and down
the ballot.

Spent an afternoon at UAW Local 600’s annual picnic, talking to
Michiganders and their families about an economy where everyone has the
opportunity to get ahead.

Jocelyn visited a site that is now going to serve as a home for small
businesses and families in Muskegon.

Spoke to voters in Macomb about what’s at stake this November, and how we
can win together.

Jocelyn and her son got to meet Roary – the mascot of the Detroit Lions!

Every conversation we have with Michiganders — whether it’s at a picnic or
on their front porch — is a reminder that Michiganders are ready for
leadership focused on what matters most — lowering costs, raising wages,
standing up for Michiganders, and creating opportunity in every corner of
our state.

Jocelyn is that leader, but Republicans are trying to drown out our
message. We need to fight back before they can define this race.
