Earlier this week, I was proud to come together in Wilmington with the
Delaware State AFL-CIO to celebrate all that workers and unions have
contributed to our communities.

event.
We do this each year on Labor Day, but the fight to make life better for
working people isn’t limited to just one day. It’s a year-round effort.
That’s why, in Congress, I’ve supported legislation to strengthen unions,
raise the minimum wage, secure paid family and medical leave, and more.
Workers deserve fair pay, good benefits, and protected rights — full stop.
And you can always count on me to ensure workers and unions across our
state have a strong voice down in Washington.
But to keep up this fight, I’m counting on your support. The Delaware
primary is happening next Tuesday, September 15th, and once it’s over,
we’ll officially know who our Republican opponent is next November.
Whoever it is, you can bet they won’t have the same commitment to unions
and working people, and I’m going to need your help to keep this seat
blue.

families first, will you pitch in $5 or whatever you can to
support my campaign today?

Together, I know we can flip the House, hold Trump accountable, and get to
work on an agenda that makes life better for workers across the country.
In solidarity,
Sarah McBride
