That’s straight from the Constitution, which never mentions Donald Trump, and gives NO president power to dictate how states run their elections or to block voters from casting mail ballots. That hasn’t stopped him from trying to use the Supreme Court to personally meddle with voting-by-mail ahead of this election. California and two dozen other states are back in court to stop his order, which would force the Postal Service to refuse mail ballots in states that don’t turn over voter lists to his loyalists. The midterm elections are less than two months away – we can’t afford to back down from this when our democracy is on the line. That’s why I’m hoping you’ll add your name today:
Mail is how working families vote. It’s how seniors vote. It’s how we exercise our right if we have disabilities, unreliable transportation, or multiple jobs that make getting to a voting booth impossible.
