We are preparing to respond in Nepal, where catastrophic floods have resulted in 1,200 fatalities and left more than 4,200 people missing. As search efforts for survivors continue, we are preparing to provide meals, hygiene kits and other critical supplies, while also planning for longer-term needs such as shelter as communities begin to recover.
At the same time, our response efforts continue in Venezuela and Colombia. In Venezuela, a container of emergency supplies has just shipped to the Ministry of Health, including more than 285,000 meals, surgical and trauma supplies, medications, first aid supplies, hygiene items and other essential relief. In Colombia, we are continuing to provide toothbrushes, hygiene kits, over-the-counter medications and other medical aid to communities in need.
