to talk to the skeptics.

I get it. Politics has let a lot of people down. The cynicism is earned.

But here's what I've learned: skepticism is important, as long as you make
it your companion and not your captor.

I don't come from a political family. I don't think in political terms. I
think in terms of results. And results are what we've delivered in
Maryland.

Homicides down. Energy bills lower. Teacher vacancies cut in half. $10
billion in new private investment.

I'm not asking you to give up your skepticism. I'm asking you to channel
it into something that actually changes things.
