John, this is Abdul El-Sayed. Elon Musk has officially filed
with the FEC to spend some of his nearly $1 trillion in Michigan to help
Republican Mike Rogers and stop us from winning Michigan's U.S. Senate
seat. Musk spent big in 2024, and we saw a red wave put Trump back in the
White House.

We're already being outspent and out-advertised. I'm worried it could get
worse. And the thing about Elon is he has virtually unlimited money. He
could spend like 0.5% of his net worth, and it would change this whole
race.

So, look, I know folks like us can't donate millions of dollars like they
can. We don't have to. Because if something like 1-in-4 of the people
reading this email decide, "You know what? I can step up and give $5," we
will be able to raise enough to counter their attacks and spread our good
word to the voters of Michigan.

These guys like Elon, they're not spending against me because they think
