We just got word that a new super PAC has officially been formed to oppose Ro’s reelection campaign — with less than 8 weeks left until Election Day. And we have no idea how much money this PAC has to use against us.

The contrast in this race has never been more stark. Ro’s entire career is built on grassroots support. From day one, he’s refused all PAC money and made it clear he wouldn’t support anyone forming a super PAC to support him.

Our opponent rejects that. Early in this race, he was quoted talking about how he would “take over this town” by leveraging his personal and business connections for high-dollar donations. In November, that’s what we’re up against.

And now, he’s got allies charging to his rescue. Our opponent and his special interests know they can’t win this race fair and square — so they’re using our broken campaign finance system to breathe life in our opponent’s campaign and try to damage our progressive movement.
