Today, in an unAmerican political stunt, Republicans in the Senate will bring forward a wholly inadequate "relief" bill that will do little to curb our fellow citizens' suffering.
This is a pure stunt designed to distract the public from the fact that the Democratic House passed a substantial relief bill, the HEROES Act, back in May. Even with COVID-19 running rampant and nearly 30 million Americans out of work, Republicans have refused to debate our relief bill for months.
The bottom line is this: we need to make them pay with their jobs in November before their gross negligence kills more of our neighbors.
Rush a donation here to help us expose the truth about Republicans cruelly refusing to debate a full relief bill as the country suffers, because they failed to listen to medical experts about COVID-19. Pitch in here to help us defeat the party of Trump up and down the ballot in November before they cause more unnecessary deaths or economic devastation! [[link removed]]
