John, I’ll be direct: This email is going to be on the longer side. So if you’re in a hurry, and you already know the stakes of this election here in battleground Pennsylvania, please use this link to rush your first donation of the year before midnight tonight.

But if you have a minute, I hope you’ll keep reading.

I’m willing to bet you’ve heard about a few of our accomplishments here in Pennsylvania: Rebuilding I-95 in 12 days, cutting taxes ten times, or serving over 224 million free breakfasts to our students here in Pennsylvania.

But John, that’s not even close to everything. So today, I wanted to do something different. I wanted to list out some of the things we’ve gotten done together (Apologies if your finger gets sore from scrolling).

• We’ve invested record amounts in public education and drove those dollars out to the schools that need it most.


• We’ve invested millions of dollars to combat food insecurity, keep food banks well-stocked, and sued the Trump Administration when they cut funding for those who need it the most.


• We’ve put more money back into Pennsylvanians’ pockets through creating the Working Pennsylvanians Tax Credit, tripling the Child Care Tax Credit, and delivering the largest targeted tax cut for seniors in nearly twenty years.


• We’ve repaired more poor-condition bridges than any other state in the country and repaired more than 19,000 miles of roads.


• We’ve invested in our Main Streets and downtowns, giving small businesses — and communities all across Pennsylvania — the opportunity to succeed.


• We’ve delivered over $1 billion in funding for community organizations working to address and prevent violence in our communities, and secured funding to hire over 2,000 law enforcement officers.


• We’ve secured $25 million to provide stipends to 55,000 licensed child care workers – helping keep qualified workers in the industry.


• And John, we’ve done all of that while protecting your fundamental freedoms: The freedom to choose, the freedom to vote, and the freedom to chart your own course, without the government standing in your way.

Phew! Trust me, I know that was a lot. And believe it or not, I still made some omissions! But I want you to hear me on this: I’m just getting started.

I know we can keep getting big things done here in Pennsylvania, John — but only if we treat this election with the gravity it deserves. Please, will you pitch in $5 or whatever you can to power our campaign — and this entire Get Sh*t Done movement — to victory on Election Day?
