There’s no better time to come together and support the labor movement.

Justice Democrats

John,

It’s Labor Day, and as corporations continue to buy even more power in Congress and the most corrupt White House in U.S. history, there’s no better time to come together and support workers.

Corporate super PACs and billionaire megadonors continue to use their influence in Washington to block workers from gaining the economic power their labor deserves. It’s 2026, and the federal minimum wage is still stuck at $7.25 — the last time it was raised was almost 20 years ago.

While wages have stagnated and corporate profits have exponentially increased along with the costs of living, working-class people are struggling to afford the basics like housing, healthcare, gas, and groceries. Everything is more expensive, so why isn't our labor?

At the same time, corporate interests have continued to fuel ongoing attacks on workers’ ability to organize and form unions, collectively bargain, build power in their workplaces, and earn a living wage. In many places, labor laws are being reversed, and regulations are being lifted, all in the name of profit and at the expense of working people.

Every worker deserves a union, John. If you agree, make a contribution to the Emergency Workplace Organizing Committee (EWOC) this Labor Day to help workers build their power.

Every dollar to EWOC helps organize and train non-union workers and win safer workplaces, better conditions, and equality for themselves and their co-workers.

Thanks for anything you can pitch in to support workers today as we keep up our fight to elect more champions for the working class to Congress.

United we bargain, divided we beg. And workers of the world are done begging.

In solidarity,

Justice Democrats
