Our September fundraising is off to an incredibly slow start. We are pacing far behind where we hoped to be during the first full week of September.
You may be wondering why this is concerning, after all, we are just a few days into September. Let me quickly explain:
We are now 57 days away from Election Day — the most critical election of our lifetimes.
This election will determine whether we can put a check on Donald Trump’s corrupt and catastrophic power.
And truthfully, 57 days is not a lot of time, John.
We have just 57 days to fight back against the attacks my MAGA opponent and National Republicans are pummeling me with. Just two months to reach as many voters as we can. And just two months to make sure we hold this seat so Democrats have a chance at flipping the House blue and stopping Donald Trump.
We have a lot to get done within the next 57 days. But what I know for sure is that if we don’t have the resources we need, we will not win this race and will virtually lose our path to the House majority.
So today, I am humbly asking you to contribute $3 to help us catch up to our fundraising goals today. We cannot afford to be pacing behind our goals this close to the election.
