* We ask: What does she mean is happening, and what does she mean is disgusting? Is enforcing our immigration laws disgusting? No.
* Jumping the line because you think you can is not fair to those who are waiting patiently and playing by the rules to become citizens legally.
* We support having strong border enforcement and reforming our immigration laws to make becoming a citizen legally more clear.
* Part of the challenge with these immigration problems is that some of the solutions have only been treating the symptoms.
* We need to treat the root cause of why someone is coming here. If they're usingloopholes in the law ([link removed]) to flood our borders with people illegally, then we need to focus on how to close those loopholes.
* Over 70% of Americans do support legal immigration.
* People are looking for a longer term solution that's actually going to address both the levels of legal immigration we have and the process of achieving them, then dealing with asylum claims.
