Friends, I hope you enjoyed a safe, relaxing Labor Day. While it may have looked different than other years, I still celebrated this important holiday with our local unions -- from a distance.

Workers are the backbone of our economy -- and when workers are better off, we all are. That's why unions are so critical for our country's well-being. I'm proud to stand with Michigan's unions and take their fight for dignified work to Washington.

Labor Day also marks the unofficial start of the most intense part of the election cycle. From here on out, it's all systems go -- and we need you on our team.

Our campaign has moved to virtual -- and that means you can join us from anywhere! We need folks like you to step up and volunteer to make phone calls to voters -- it's the best way to ensure everyone knows where, when, and how to vote. Learn how you can make a difference in this battleground election today →

I'm headed back to the campaign trail now -- thanks for reading, and I'm so grateful for your support!
