John, Labor Day came from the
workers who organized, went on strike, and fought for our rights.
Workplace protections, an 8-hour workday, child labor laws, weekends off,
and the right to organize and collectively bargain.
That's what Labor Day is supposed to honor. But workers are under attack
again.
The Trump administration is rolling back the protections they fought for.
And the Supreme Court keeps clearing the way, case after case, handing
wins to corporations and billionaires — while working people get left
behind with next to nothing.
Take a look at the record:
* The Court blocked workers from banding together to fight illegal pay
practices.
* The Court gutted union power, stripping workers of the collective
strength they built over decades.
* The Court gave this administration the green light to gut the federal
workforce and blocked a lower court order to have workers reinstated.
None of this happened by accident. This is a Court that keeps finding a
way to say yes to power — whether it's a corporation or the Trump
administration — and no to hardworking people.
Demand Justice PAC isn't standing for it. We're fighting for a Supreme
Court that answers to the people — not to Trump, and not to the
corporations and billionaires bankrolling this administration's assault on
working people.
