The historic civil rights organization has now joined more than 20 states in suing Postmaster General Louis DeJoy over his destruction of the U.S. Postal Service -- destruction that we know will disproportionately disenfranchise voters of color this election.
It’s encouraging to see a unified front of resistance against the Republican party’s vicious attacks on our democratic norms, and we support every effort to stop this blatant corruption. But courtroom battles take time -- and with less than two months to go until the election, that’s exactly what we don’t have.
