flu jab and diabetes
Get your free flu jab to help you stay healthy

With flu season just around the corner, it’s vitally important that everyone living with diabetes gets their flu jab as soon as possible. If you’re living with diabetes, you’re more at risk of getting the flu – and if you catch it, it can make your diabetes harder to manage. Getting the flu jab is the best way to protect yourself against the flu and reduce your risk of needing to go into hospital – which is even more important this year in light of coronavirus. It’s completely free for people living with diabetes, and can be booked via your GP or some local pharmacies.
