Hi, Porcupine
With all the chaos in the national news these days, I figured you might be starved for some good news. Well, sit back and let me serve you an uplifting report!
Several years ago, the Free State Project was admitted to the Google Ad Grant program, which generously gives select charities up to $10,000/month in free advertising.
Unfortunately, due to the program's many restrictions, our success was limited to an average of only $1,000/month for most of the past three years (i.e. we haven't found a way to maximize our grant).
Until now!
Through the recent efforts of two incredible volunteers - Dennis Pratt and Hans - we've cracked the code! Now, the Free State Project's account is hitting around the full $10,000/month in Google Ad Grant allowance!
Through our teamwork, we will save the Free State Project and our donors about $120,000/year in advertising costs!
What's more, thanks partly to that success, August 2020 was our website's #1 month for unique visitors and #2 month for total page views since we started using Google Analytics tracking in 2018. Even better, we're seeing a massive increase in new contacts, Future Free Staters (signers), and Free Staters (signers in New Hampshire).
Google may not seem like the most likely ally of the Free State Project, but if they are going to offer six figures of free advertising, we are happy to have their help to advance our mission of moving 20,000 liberty lovers to New Hampshire. Thanks Google! 😆
As usual, at the Free State Project, we know how to maximize resources!
If you want to keep our momentum going, please make a one-time gift of $100 today. It only takes you and 99 other supporters to double the impact of Google's Ad Grant this month!
Until next time!
In Liberty,
Vince Perfetto
Executive Director

Reaching Unique Audiences
Last month, the Free State Project collected a few more interview appearances - and with very different fan bases!
- Reaching an affluent audience: Former President of the Free State Project, Varrin Swearingen, agreed to a rare interview. Through an informative conversation, Varrin joined Heritage Wealth Planning for a chat about the Free State Project, as well as his faith, family, career as a pilot, and more.
- Connecting with a survivalist audience: Veteran interviewer, Carla Gericke, appeared on The Survival Podcast and talked about her life of activism. In case you weren't already aware, the host of the show, Jack Spirko, is a long-time supporter of the Free State Project.
- Bonding with a young audience: Free State Project board member and donor, Jeremy Kauffman, linked up with the Freckles and Britt show. Being a natural talker, Jeremy has always done a great job pitching the Free State Project!
If you like what you see and hear, don't keep this content to yourself - share it on your social media far and wide!
