We’re going
back to court.

This administration is using the full weight of the federal government to
weaponize critical funding against states that refuse to fall in line with
their political priorities.

This time, they’re working to enforce new restrictions on Title X — a
vital federal program that millions of Americans depend on for affordable
family planning, reproductive care, cancer screenings, and other important
preventive care.

These new rules are designed to starve providers of critical funding,
restrict Americans’ access to essential care, and dictate what healthcare
states can provide.

Let me be clear — the consequences of these new rules will be devastating.
In New York, over 250,000 patients depend on Title X-funded clinics every
year for lifesaving care.

Time and time again, this administration has tried to force states to
carry out its cruel agenda. And with every unlawful attack, we have
stopped them. This fight is no different.

That’s why I’m leading a coalition of 22 other states to block these
dangerous new rules and protect healthcare access for millions of
Americans.
