A whistleblower from the USPS just revealed deeply concerning details about Trump’s new plan to restrict voting by mail. 

Over the past few weeks, the USPS has been rushing to secretly build an exceedingly complicated, untested system to satisfy Trump’s new executive order restricting voting by mail. A new whistleblower just warned that this system is flawed and unfinished and could delay or block thousands of ballots, preventing eligible voters from receiving them in time. 

Nearly 1 in 3 Americans voted by mail in the 2024 election, with far more Democrats than Republicans voting by mail. If ballots are kept from voters, whether due to inefficiencies or outright suppression, that would be a blatant attempt to tip the midterm elections in Republicans’ favor.
