Friend, I’ve always believed that winning elections starts with finding strong leaders and giving them the support they need to succeed. That’s why I’ve made it a priority to identify, endorse, and help build up the next generation of Democratic leaders. I'm proud that so many of the candidates I endorsed for statewide offices, county offices, state legislative seats, and United States Senate seats earned decisive primary wins. From Juan Sanchez’s race for Land Commissioner in New Mexico to Josh Turek’s race for U.S. Senate in Iowa, we have incredible candidates, and — with your help — we are going to get them elected in the General. That includes Senate candidates James Talarico in Texas and Peggy Flanagan in Minnesota. I was the first U.S. Senator to support James, and I was among the first to endorse Peggy. Now, they are in head-to-head races against their MAGA opponents, and they need our continued support. Both of their races are critical on our path to a Democratic Senate majority. And retaking that Democratic Senate majority is crucial to fighting Donald Trump’s authoritarian agenda and bringing down costs on everyday goods, protecting working families from harmful cuts to Medicaid, protecting public lands, and more. It’s time to say enough to MAGA’s grift that keeps putting billionaire tax breaks ahead of working families. Will you help me build and support a Democratic bench that can compete everywhere and win the critical races that will determine the balance of power in New Mexico and Washington?
