Dear Friend,

When many of us were growing up, the stories we watched and read reinforced
things like character, responsibility, and a basic understanding of where our
country came from. Those stories weren’t perfect—but they helped give us a
sense of grounding.

Today, the media children are absorbing looks very different.

So much of what kids watch now either ignores America’s history altogether or
presents it in confusing and misleading ways. Children are forming their
understanding of the world earlier than ever, and without a clear foundation,
it’s no wonder so many young adults today feel disconnected, uncertain, and
adrift.

That’s one of the reasons this project matters so much to me.

We’re producing Star Spangled Adventures: The Movie—a new film created
specifically for children to help them understand America’s story through
engaging, clear, and inspiring storytelling. It’s designed to be something
families can watch together and trust.

As our nation approaches its 250th anniversary this year, I believe we have a
responsibility to be intentional about the stories we pass on. What the next
generation believes about our country, and about themselves, will be shaped by
what they’re taught today.

I’d like to invite you to take a simple pledge to stand with us.

When you take the pledge, you’ll receive exclusive behind-the-scenes sneak
peeks of filming, along with updates as the project moves forward and
opportunities to help bring stories like this to life.
