Dear John,

Article V Day is our holiday.

It was the gift the framers gave us to permanently rein in the federal government, enforcing issues like term limits and a balanced budget. And September 15th is the day it was added to the U.S. Constitution - which is just a week away.

The Founding Fathers included Article V because they predicted many of the problems we face today.

They KNEW that one day the federal government would become drunk on their own power. It’s human nature.

So they included Article V in the Constitution to give the states power to call a Convention of States to propose amendments. It’s yet another check and balance on federal power.

Article V day may still be a week away, but we can’t wait to celebrate the Founders’ amazing vision!

Today, we’re giving away a free download of our special COS Edition Pocket Constitution!

This beautifully designed resource includes a special foreword from COS President Mark Meckler, the entire text of the U.S. Constitution with special emphasis on Article V, and the Declaration of Independence.

With the 2020 election only weeks away, it’s more important now than ever to understand what the Constitution really says -- and what it doesn’t.
