Friend, I’m not your standard politician.

I’m a working mom of four, a local businesswoman, an engineer, and Oregon’s first Black U.S. Representative.

So while so many politicians in DC play political games with our livelihoods, know this: that is not, and never will be, me.

I’m in Washington to change its ways because it is no longer serving us. I’m working to fix what’s broken and deliver practical solutions to the issues impacting our communities.

That’s why I demanded the Republican-led House bring a cost-fighting bill to the floor. That’s why I worked across the aisle to pass legislation to lower housing costs. That’s why I championed an agenda that would push for more jobs, higher wages, and the opportunity for hard work to pay off once again.

I’m ready to keep working for meaningful progress to help our communities thrive. But National Republicans are hell-bent on flipping this seat back to red and sending a rubber-stamp to Congress to do their bidding.

I need you by my side in the final months of this make-or-break race to keep OR-05 blue and set Democrats up to flip the House. So I’m humbly asking you to chip in what you can today. Every dollar makes a difference in this must-win race:
