The Supreme Court’s far-right majority just ruled against us as part of the biggest change to campaign finance law since Citizens United.
This afternoon, they decided that from this day forward, not only are there virtually ZERO limits on how much dark money national political parties can funnel to their candidates, groups like the RNC can even get a discount on advertising.
Here’s what that means: Nothing – truly, nothing – is stopping the Republican Party from investing as much as they want to try to defeat Roy in North Carolina and buy this seat for our opponent in this race, who also happens to be the former chairman of the RNC.

With GOP super PACs already spending nearly $100 million so far on attack ads to amplify lies about Roy from Donald Trump and Stephen Miller statewide, experts were predicting this would be the first billion-dollar Senate race in history. Today, the Supreme Court basically guaranteed it.
It’s clear that no amount is too high for Republicans if it protects their power and shields this lawless Administration from accountability. They’re trying to silence your voice and crush our grassroots movement – and we can’t let them succeed.
