We wish we didn’t have to send this, but the stakes are too high:
Democrats are currently losing the Senate race in New Hampshire.
A new UNH poll just came out. It has Sununu at 45% and our campaign at
43%. In June the same survey had us up 3. Now it has us down 2.
Here’s what’s at stake here: Republicans hold the Senate 53–47. Democrats
need to flip four seats to take it back. This seat isn't one of the pickup
opportunities — it's a seat we already hold. If we lose it, we're not four
seats short anymore. We're five, maybe more short, and the math stops
working.
We’ve told you before that if Democrats lose New Hampshire, Republicans
keep the Senate. Some people heard that as a talking point. It isn't. The
path to the Senate runs through the Granite State.
Maybe you haven’t chipped in yet because you didn't think this seat could
actually slip away. This new poll says it can.
