Andy Biggs has a dangerous record of protecting abusers and turning a
blind eye to victims. Case in point:

trafficking law"

In 2018, Biggs voted against the Allow States and Victims to Fight Online
Sex Trafficking Act — legislation that empowered states to go after
websites that facilitate sex trafficking.

This bill had massive bipartisan support and was even signed into law by
Donald Trump, but Biggs was one of only 25 lawmakers to vote against it.

He also voted in committee to block the release of the Epstein Files.

Before going to Washington, Biggs established a record of protecting
abusers in Arizona, too. He single-handedly killed a bill that would have
protected women and children being abused by a religious cult, and blocked
a Katie Hobbs-backed bill to end the backlog of rape kits in Arizona.

None of this is an accident. It’s all part of a pattern of protecting
abusers over the safety of victims. It’s dangerous, irresponsible, and
something we cannot allow in the governor’s office.
