[1]Talarico for Texas

John —

For the last several months there has been plenty of talk about Elon Musk
— the world's first trillionaire — spending more than $100 million to
influence elections across the country ... including here in Texas.

The bad news is ... it's happening.

Earlier today we learned that his spending is underway, and there's no
telling how high the amount will go.

I am going to be direct about what this means:

We are at the point in the campaign where we are spending money faster
than we are raising it. That's normal. But when a Ken Paxton super PAC
pumps in an unexpected $15 million and Elon Musk starts spending, it means
we have to raise more or we risk losing our lead.

So if Elon Musk trying to buy this election makes you angry, here's
something you can do about it:

[ [link removed] ]Please make a contribution directly to my campaign for U.S. Senate in
Texas today. Our average online donation is around $30. Many give more.
Some give less. I am just hoping we can rack up a huge number of donations
today in response to Elon Musk's spending.

If you've stored your info with ActBlue, we'll process your contribution
instantly.

The truth is, mega-donors like Elon Musk are terrified of the movement
we're building in Texas. We're bringing working people together across
every manufactured divide because the real fight in this country is not
left versus right, it's top versus bottom.

James
