JLens Tracker: Major Companies and Their Policies Supporting Jewish Employees
JLens, an ADL affiliate, has just launched the

JLens Workplace Tracker. This innovative new tool documents whether the 100 largest U.S. public companies have specific policies and practices in place to support Jewish employees and address antisemitism.

All 100 of these prominent companies were assessed against the same 14 metrics. Dig into the Tracker to see which 30 companies received gold, silver or bronze medal designations for their publicly stated policies that can help make accommodating the needs of Jewish employees into something routine rather than something extraordinary.

Stronger Together: This week, ADL CEO Jonathan Greenblatt joined the Israel Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ J50 Summit with Jewish leaders from around the world to discuss Jewish resilience and our shared fight against antisemitism. As Jonathan says in

this short video recorded in Jerusalem, “Antisemitism is like a global tsunami, and it requires global solutions.” He addressed the Summit, sharing ADL expertise on the threat posed by AI in enabling and accelerating antisemitism and calling for collective action.

ADL Voices Making a Difference: 180 volunteers. Over 60 congressional offices. One clear message: let’s fight antisemitism with real policy, not just words. This summer, ADL volunteers from across the country met with Republicans and Democrats to push for legislation that will make our houses of worship, schools and the internet safer from hate. In 30 states, we lobbied for the Jewish American Security Act, the Pray Safe Act and the Right to Worship Act. These bills would strengthen federal action to combat antisemitism, protect Jewish communities and students, improve safety around houses of worship and help nonprofits and faith communities access vital security resources. We were
pleased that during this ADL push, five additional legislators agreed to become cosponsors of ADL-backed legislation.

MAKING PROGRESS WITH ADL
🎧 Hear Ye (or Don’t Hear Ye): Ye, the recording artist formerly known as Kanye West, was at the Superdome in New Orleans last week and given his history of antisemitic comments, there were understandable concerns in the local Jewish community. ADL’s New Orleans-based Regional Director Lindsay Baach Friedmann worked collaboratively across the close-knit community on a robust response. Among the moments of connection and growth: ADL hosted ‘antisemitism 101/hate symbols’ training for hundreds of Superdome and event staff ahead of the concert so they were better prepared for potential incidents. We were also proud to participate in a unity Shabbat that brought together
congregations from around the region and work with the Museum of the Southern Jewish Experience to provide free entry to visitors to that institution all weekend.

With antisemitism at crisis levels, the Met honoring John Galliano at this moment was misguided, and even Galliano ultimately recognized what the Met should have done from the start. This was the wrong move at the wrong moment. Timing matters.

Earlier this month, Florida officials arrested a 19-year-old man on charges related to threatening mass violence against a local church. The ADL Center on Extremism shared information with authorities about two individuals communicating with others online about conducting a mass shooting at a South Carolina mosque prior to the investigation and arrest. Among the content we flagged was a 61-page antisemitic manifesto, allegedly authored by the suspect, calling Jews an “eternal enemy” and “global parasite.” This case is a stark reminder that extremist hate rarely exists in isolation. Antisemitism, anti-Muslim hate, racism, misogyny and other forms of extremism often
coexist in the same worldview, and threats can cross community lines.

As Jewish communities prepare to gather for the High Holidays, @StateDept is urging countries around the world to step up security around synagogues, Jewish institutions and Jewish neighborhoods. Because the threat is real. The 2025 J7 report documented more than 23,000 antisemitic incidents across J7 countries, which is home to more than 90% of the world’s Jewish population. This is also why ADL is pushing for increased NSGP funding to protect at-risk nonprofits, synagogues, and houses of worship here in the United States as well. Jewish communities deserve protection. Full stop.
