This week, the House voted on a proposed Constitutional Amendment that would set the U.S. Supreme Court at nine members, one Chief Justice and eight Associate Justices. The Court has had nine seats since 1869, but Congress has changed its size at different points in our nation’s history.

The Constitution currently does not set a specific number of seats on the Supreme Court. Do you support a Constitutional Amendment that would set the Court at exactly nine members?
