Hello John,
I hope you're keeping well.
Today, September 4th, marks World Sexual Health Day ([link removed]) , and this year’s theme EVERY-BODY, aims to educate, that our bodies are our own, to know, to enjoy and be confident in. Youth work provides the vehicle for young people to explore the building blocks of their sexual health and helps them learn, explore, and understand who they are.
B4U Decide training
To support youth workers with this work, the National Youth Health Programme are delighted to offer an opportunity to participate in B4U Decide, a 2-day interactive in person training.

* Build key skills in dealing with challenges and difficult conversations.
* Understand the role of how social media, AI, and algorithms impact our thoughts, behaviours and beliefs.
* And more!
Sexual health promotion resources
If you can't attend either of these regional events, you can still engage with the issues using our sexual health promotion Sense and Sexuality 2.0 Support Pack ([link removed]) . This pack enables youth organisations to:
* Develop an understanding of the key concepts and definitions relevant to sexuality and sexual health work with young people.
* Develop an increased awareness of the issues relating to young people’s sexuality and sexual health as identified by current research.
* Consider good practice guidelines for promoting supportive social and physical environments for young people and workers engaged in this work.
