Friend,

$40 trillion.

That's where our national debt stands today — a number so big it's hard to wrap your head around. But the impact on your wallet is easy to understand.

In my latest column for Newsmax, [[link removed]] I lay out how we got here — and why it's happening faster than ever. Since 2020, Washington has added $1 trillion in debt every five months. Interest payments alone now cost us $2.8 billion a day, more than the entire defense budget, and that number is set to double within a decade.

This isn't a talking point. It's showing up in your mortgage rate, your car payment, your kid's tuition bill. Rising debt has already added nearly $3,000 a month to financing a home, and tens of thousands more to a small business loan.

Neither party gets a pass here. Both sides dug this hole. But nine in ten voters agree: it's time to demand real answers, not more excuses.

Read the column, then pass it along. [[link removed]] The more Americans understand what this debt is actually costing them, the harder it becomes for Washington to ignore.
