John, you may
have missed this bombshell report over the weekend:

According to The Washington Post, Donald Trump’s new Postmaster General
Louis DeJoy fueled his rise in Republican politics by pressuring his
company’s employees to donate to Republicans, and then illegally
reimbursing them with bonus payments.

This kind of “straw-donor scheme” is a felony. DeJoy must resign from the
United States Postal Service immediately, but he won’t do it unless there
is an outcry nationwide demanding it.

[ [link removed] ]Add your name and call on Democrats in Congress to demand DeJoy’s
immediate resignation from the USPS. We can’t have a criminal Republican
mega-donor in charge of this essential institution >>

In the months since Trump tapped his own mega-donor to run the Post
Office, it’s clear DeJoy has had one mission: run it into the ground.

Under his watch, the USPS has slowed delivery times to a crawl, slashed
overtime hours for mail carriers, and removed mailboxes and mail-sorting
machines from battleground states across the country.

Yet, DeJoy had planned to do much more until the public outcry was so
intense that even Trump turned on him -- and DeJoy had to stop in his
tracks.

We’re still working to undo the damage DeJoy already did, but now with the
revelation that he ran an illegal “straw-donor scheme” for years, it’s
clear there’s no other way to protect the rule of law and this essential
institution than to force him to resign.

If we don’t, DeJoy will continue to break the law and run the USPS into
the ground to sabotage the election for Trump’s political gain.

you agree, sign our petition calling on Democrats in Congress to force his
resignation >>

Millions of Americans are counting on the USPS to deliver prescription
medications, essential information, and mail-in ballots in the middle of
the worst pandemic in a century. We can’t take any chances here.

Through his actions as Postmaster General over the last few months and
this new revelation of criminal behavior from The Washington Post, it’s
clear we can’t allow DeJoy to run the Postal Service any longer.

Congress can’t let DeJoy play games with this essential institution.
