Across the nation political activists have used the COVID-19 crisis to call for significantly expanding the use of mail-in ballots, disregarding security concerns and the logistical nightmare such action would cause. Here in Texas, some election officials have tried to take the law, and election integrity, into their own hands. Hear from Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton about his concerns and why he filed a lawsuit on behalf of the state to stop mass distribution of unrequested and unauthorized mail-in ballots in Texas’ largest county.
