1. Donald is declining, and it’s making him even more dangerous.
She said the country is watching a president “declining across every category, physical, psychological and cognitive.” She was careful: this is not a medical evaluation. It’s the analysis of someone who has known him her entire life - as he loses ground, he only becomes more desperate.
