The Trump administration is trying to limit your right to speak up. Help us fight back.

Dear Friend,

As the AI data center boom continues, the public is feeling the impacts with more pollution and higher energy bills.

Despite this, the Trump administration is working overtime to allow tech companies to get away with anything. In the last year, it has:
*sought to allow companies to receive “minor source” air pollution permits without gathering public input
*ordered AI data centers to run their dirty generators more frequently
*let certain power plants skip installing pollution controls for acid rain
*allowed construction to begin without air permits

The attacks on public input in particular are part of a recent trend — the administration knows the public doesn’t support its actions, so it’s resorting to silencing us.

These attacks make it even more important that we get organized and use our voices. 24,465 other Earthjustice supporters participated in the data center comment period that is now closed, but it’s not too late to tell the administration you oppose its broader effort to reduce transparency and public participation.

Join us in telling the administration you oppose its efforts to gut our air quality protections for the sake of data center expansion.

TAKE ACTION: [link removed]

Sincerely,
Kathryn McGrath
Public Affairs and Communications Strategist
