Editor's Pick👋 Say bye before they fly South

As summer starts to wind down, it’s time to say “see you later” to one of the Lowcountry’s seasonal visitors — the roseate spoonbill. The pink, long-legged birds are active here during the summer and can be spotted through the end of September, before they head south.
So book a Coastal Expeditions tour, pack your camera and binoculars, and drift down the Kiawah River on a safari-style boat cruise for a front row seat to the roseate spoonbills and other Lowcountry wildlife along the river’s edge. |

Today’s edition by: Callie
Next month, $14 “Killer Cocktails” will return to Burtons Grill & Bar in Mount Pleasant.
For those who enjoy a not-so-scary vibe, I recommend The Great Pumpkin, which is made with vanilla vodka, coffee liqueur, pumpkin spice, and cream. |
