*THE MEETING WILL BE HELD IN PERSON ONLY, beginning at 9:00 AM on September 2, 2026, at Laramie County Community College in the ANB Bank Leadership Center, located in the Clay Pathfinder Building, 1400 E. College Drive, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82007.*

 

*_PARTICIPATION IN THE MEETING, INCLUDING PUBLIC COMMENT, WILL BE HEARD IN-PERSON ONLY. _*
