3rd Amended Statement of Charges: Mulholland
Mark E. Mulholland, License Number #MD.MD.00038090, September 1, 2026, Benton County– This is a notification of changes to the amended Statement of Charges to include four additional patients. Mulholland is currently restricted from treating female patients.
Mulholland is accused of unprofessional conduct, sexual misconduct and abuse of patients. Mulholland has exhibited a pattern of conduct and lack of appropriate boundaries towards patients and staff that falls below the standard of care.
