Friend,
Nate Silver, one of the country's most trusted election forecasters, just released his model's read on South Dakota's Senate race, and we’re seriously narrowing the gap. Take a look:

Silver's model has us within a single-digit gap for an independent, against a two-term incumbent, in a state Donald Trump carried by nearly 30 points. A year ago, no forecaster in the country would have put those two lines that close together.
This race is winnable, and that's why the money is moving to save Rounds’ seat. A crypto super PAC sitting on roughly $170 million has already spent to protect Mike Rounds, and it can spend every dollar of it between now and November.
We're counting on grassroots support to close this gap and send an independent voice to Washington. Can you chip in $5 to help us do it?
Friend, here's what we're up against: Rounds has millions in the bank, corporate PAC checks, and that $170 million super PAC at his back — all of it aimed at making sure South Dakotans never really hear my name.
We know how to compete with that kind of money. We've already proven it.
The latest Impact Research poll has this race tied, 44% to 44%, because everyday people like you showed up when it mattered.
The earlier we build that grassroots power, the better we can organize, get ahead of Rounds' attacks, and close Silver's gap before the ads start flying this fall.
Knowing that, can you chip in $5 or any amount today to help us close the gap and win this November?
Onward,
— Brian Bengs
