My team and I have spent months identifying the five companies we believe sit at the narrowest, most inescapable chokepoints of the AI highway - businesses with the kind of structural advantages that come along perhaps once in a decade.
Let me give you a glimpse of three of them.
- The Next Qualcomm
Everyone knows Nvidia makes the chips that run the AI revolution. What almost nobody knows is that Nvidia's most advanced processors are useless without a power delivery system so specialized, so technically demanding, that only one company in America has cracked how to build it at scale.
This company patented a proprietary architecture a decade ago that is now the only commercially proven solution to the power density problem choking the AI buildout.
It doesn't matter which hyperscaler wins the data center arms race - every winner has to solve this problem. And there is only one proven solution.
In February, the U.S. government imposed 100% tariffs on competing systems made in China. This company makes everything in Massachusetts.
Its backlog has surged 70% in a single quarter. I think of it as the Qualcomm of the AI power stack.
- Resource Royalty
AI at scale relies on untold tons of specific minerals like copper, silver, rare earth metals - pulled from the ground and refined at enormous cost and risk. One company has found a way to own the upside of that extraction without bearing a single dollar of operational risk.
It owns royalty streams on silver, copper and gold assets across four continents. In 2024 it generated $12 million in revenue. By 2028 our analysts believe that figure could approach $300 million, without the company spending a cent on mine development.
This is the Franco-Nevada model, but at the very beginning of its compounding curve.
- The Gods Of Gas
Natural gas is the fuel the AI revolution actually runs on. Not solar. Not wind. Not nuclear (not yet).
One American company produces approximately 6% of all the natural gas in the United States, at the lowest cost of any producer in the country.
It has already generated $1 billion in free cash flow in a single month. As data center energy demand doubles, then doubles again, virtually every incremental dollar of rising gas prices flows straight to this company's bottom line.

The Silicon Dollar Playbook. I urge you to pay attention to what’s unfolding.
Because the AI highway is being built whether you are positioned to benefit from it or not. The capital is already moving. The tollbooths are already collecting. The entire financial system is being re-ordered around it (
including the dollar in your pocket).
The only question is whether you own a piece of it before the rest of the market figures out what is happening… or after.
