I’m reaching out to say thank you. Over the past few days, I’m sure your inbox was full of fundraising requests from different campaigns, including mine.
This summer was a particularly slow one for grassroots fundraising — but thanks to supporters like you, we were able to meet our August goal. And I’m grateful for your continued support.
These goals aren’t arbitrary. I don’t take a dime from corporate PACs, which means everything we do on this campaign — from running the Resistance Lab, to organizing here in Seattle, to supporting progressives across the country like Abdul El-Sayed, Will Lawrence, Peggy Flanagan, and Tom Perriello — is powered by grassroots contributions.
In an election cycle when AIPAC has already spent over $100 million coming after progressive candidates, I’m grateful that I can count on this grassroots community to help me fight back and grow our movement.
