NextGen Academy: Holy Health
Searching for ways to ease your students' stress and anxiety? While the Internet provides some answers, the Bible offers guidance on both! At the October NextGen Academy, we’ll dig into what the Bible says about stress and anxiety. Joining us will be Autumn Newman, a mental health first aid coordinator at Compass Health Network. Autumn will be sharing with us about suicide, self-injury and how to help someone who’s having suicidal thoughts.
Learn with us from 10 a.m. to noon on October 10 via Zoom.

Service Project Idea: Little Free Library
The Missouri Conference is partnering with Little Free Library to impact communities around the state. In the pursuit of connecting 100,000 students with 100,000 books, the Conference is encouraging churches to consider whether a Little Free Library in their community could meet a need. Churches can apply for $250 micro-grants for materials to build, stock and maintain a Little Free Library in a neighborhood of their choice. Building a library would make a perfect fall service project!
